Owner Thought Streams
Woodrow Cannon started programming at age 8 and spent the years that followed working his way through real IT environments. By 2001, he knew exactly what businesses were missing: an IT services partner that stayed ahead of problems instead of reacting to them. He founded Thought Streams to be that partner.
Twenty-five years later, Woodrow still leads Thought Streams hands-on. The company has grown, but the core hasn't changed. Know your clients' systems. Stay ahead of threats. Treat every business you protect like it's the only one. That approach has kept clients coming back since the day they first called.

Every client's network gets monitored around the clock. Our technicians are watching for issues you haven't spotted yet: storage running low, hardware showing strain, unusual traffic patterns. We flag them and fix them before they cost you time or leave you exposed.

Security isn't something we add on at the end. It's the starting point for every service we offer and every recommendation we make. Backups, email, access controls, monitoring: all of it gets built with the same question first. Is this actually protecting you?

We take the time to learn your systems well before something goes wrong. That means when an issue surfaces, we're not starting from scratch. We know your setup, your history, and your priorities. That's what a real IT services partner looks like in practice.

When something breaks, your business doesn't have time to wait for us to get up to speed. Our technicians respond fast, work the problem through to the end, and follow up. You get a real person who knows your name and your network, not a ticket and a queue.

Woodrow started programming at age 8 and has spent decades building real IT experience. He built the team here around that same standard: know the technology deeply and do the work hands-on. That depth is what shows whenever you need something fixed for good.

Most of our clients have been with us for years. That's not an accident. We work as a long-term partner, not a vendor you call when something breaks. We remember your history, plan ahead for your needs, and stay involved before problems have a chance to grow.
